Sleeps: 6Apartment “Il Torrione” is being totally restored in April 2010 with care and attention. Its location is perfect as is in the historical Centre of Colle Val D’Elsa, and everything is near: grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and so on.
The apartment is sober and functional, with a nice view over the upper part of the town. Bright and spacious, is located at first floor and all the rooms have French doors to enjoy the panoramic view. The apartment has a private entrance and is composed of living room with kitchen area, one bathroom, a bedroom with king size bed and another bedroom with twin beds, while the bathroom has a washbasin and mirror, wc, bidet, shower and marble covering. The living room has a double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchen area with fridge with refrigerator, oven and is fully equipped. It has its own heating and air conditioning system.
In the apartment you’ll find bed linen and towels. Heating and air-conditioning are included. Parking place is available 150 mt far. It’s possible anyway reach the entrance of the apartments with the car for dropping the luggage.
Daily rate VAT 10% included. Minimum stay 3 nights.
The rate does not include the tourist tax of Euro 0,50 per person per night. The tax is applied from 01st April 2012 to 31st October 2012 for a maximum of 5 consecutive overnight stays. Children up to the age of twelve years old are free from this tax.
* Tourist-tax for next year will be 1 Euro per person per night from 01/03/13 to 31/10/13.
The wellness centre Spa San Lorenzo with swimming pool with hydro massage system, sauna, Hamman, energetic showers and relax area with herbal tea is at your disposal at the special rate of Euro 20 per person per day. Children under 14 years old can’t access to the Wellness Centre
