Well furnished and beautifully maintained, this private vacation and gated community rental is offered for rent by owner.

Kapoho Bay View Home is a beautiful 3 story house with many rooms and lots of space for you and your family to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. We have a 3rd story level is a Master Suite with a Jacuzzi Bath Tub & a 180 degree Ocean View Balcony! All the levels have 26\" Flat Screen TVs with DVD players & Wi-Fi Internet (having a problem with Mac products but we are working on fixing that). There are three Postrupedic Mattress Beds & Wraparound Large Deck with a Gas BBQ on the 2nd level & various ocean views. The first level has two bedrooms, one bathroom, & an extra living area.

Surrounded in tropical plants, flowers, shrubs, palm trees and lawn; the yard and gardens of the Big Island. Multi-level patios overlook out to the ocean, Kapoho Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Geothermal heated Champagne Pond water temperatures range between 80-87 degrees Fahrenheit. Visitors come from around the world to enjoy the great snorkeling and swimming. Sharing the waters with an abundance of tropical fish and sea turtles.

  • SECURITY DEPOSIT PROTECTION (SDP) PREMIUM: In your quote provided to you, we included the Security Deposit Protection plan (SDP) for a small premium of $39 for your protection, however, you may choose to do the alternative which is to contact us directly at 808-965-4026 and provide us with a security deposit equal to the SDP plan coverage which is $3,000. Securing this protection will provide you with the assurance that damage which is caused inadvertently by you or a travel companion, will be covered under the plan up to a maximum limit of $3,000.     • Refundable Security Deposit: If you choose to provide us with a $3,000 Security Deposit, the money will be returned back on the credit or debit card within 7 business days after the exit of your stay as long as there is no damage, excess cleaning or any other charges outstanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please Read Our Policy Carefully...

  • Cancellations: We offer CSA Travel Protection for your insurance against unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival. Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus $150.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations of less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fee & Security Deposit Protection Premium if cancelled before the date of check-in) unless we are able to re-rent the property. There is travel insurance available, please see Tab on this site labeled Guest Services/Travel Insurance for Travel Insurance information & call us Directly at 808-965-4026 if you would like to buy. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the cancelled reservation. Nevertheless, ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $150.00 CANCELLATION FEE. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.
  • No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival.
  • If it\'s more than 60 days prior to check-in, please keep in mind that any changes to your reservation may incur a fee after you have booked (ie: changing dates, cancelling dates, etc) but there will be no more than a 20% fee on the value being cancelled or changed.
