The central level opens out onto a large deck with open fire equipped with a fire starter. On the deck which has both covered and uncovered areas there is a tepenyaki table that seats 10 people. There is also a bar-be-que and a reflecting pool.
The View To the north, the house looks down the valley to the city , to the west the view is through mature native trees to the domain. It is very tranquil here yet a few paces to the hub-bub of Parnell Rd., and a few minutes to the city
