The Evergreen Cottage sits in a quite rural neighborhood north of Historic Conway, South Carolina, just 4 miles from Old Reeves Ferry. Conway's oldest boat landing and it is open to the public.
The Evergreen Cottage is located about 6 miles off Hwy. 22 at the Hwy.90 exit to Conway and Little River Beach. Easy access to Hwy. 31 and Hwy. 17 By Pass. The Evergreen Cottage offers lots of privacy. The beautiful surroundings are great for anyone wanting to experience country living while experiencing all the fun all the surrounding beaches have to offer. The cottage is for folks who like to avoid heavy downtown beach traffic and who loves the beach yet refers not to be among all the hustle and bustle of the beach 24/7.
Close to all beach attractions. Cherry Grove Beach, Little River Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach is 15 to 30 min. Murrell's Inlet Beach and Garden City Beach are 30 - 45 minutes away. Pawley's Island Beach and Georgetown is approx. 50 to 60 minutes away.

Take a tour of the Waccamaw River with Captain Jim on one of his boats for a 90 min. history and wildlife tour ride of the river or enjoy visiting all the specialty shops in Conway. Access the Waccamaw River on your boat at one of the local boat landings and continue your ride right into the Intercoastal Waterway Channel, continue and right on into the Atlantic Ocean for a full day of fun!

Take a another day and travel to Charleston, S.C, and visit the Old Fort Sumter Ship yards, Submarines, Naval and Coast Guard boats and ships.
