The Quinta da Boavista is part of a land with an area of รข€‹รข€‹5300 m2 located 500 meters from the northern entrance of Vila Nova de Milfontes and falls within the Natural Park of Costa Vicentina which is undoubtedly one of the few sanctuaries of Nature that fortunately still prevail in a world increasingly polluted and degraded the ecological point of view.
This is a building built in the 80s, the traditional Alentejo architecture, original design, in which it is to enhance the beauty of its main facade.

Held by the current owners since the summer of 2008, has since then been subject to successive works of conservation, improvement and remodeling to ensure and improve quality and provide the best conditions of comfort, convenience and welfare their guests.
It is available for adults with a swimming pool 12 mx 6 m and the other for children.

Terms & Conditions

Conditions of the house:

  • Only available rooms, apartments or do not have kitchens or in rooms kitchnettes.
  • All rooms have private bathroom, TV and air conditioning.
  • The fifth holding may be wholly and exclusively to a group if there is the minimum occupancy of 37 and a maximum of 43 people.
  • Discounts for stays of a minimum of 7 nights.
  • During high season, reservations will only be accepted at least 3 nights, 2 nights mid season and low season there is no minimum stay.
  • During periods of medium and high season there will be no returns, and after check-in, quit, no returns, except for illness or death.
  • s and outputs: Check-in from 16h to 22h and check-out until noon.
  • Cleaning daily, linen change every two days, changing bed linen - every three days.
  • Rate Cancellation - Reservations canceled w / an earlier than 7 days have no damage to the client. Cancellations made w / a notice under this term result in loss of reservation the client.
  • For the purposes of reservation, we request 50% of the total stay to account described in section contacts.
  • Maximum period for making transfers-72h (essential for sending email proof), this period exceeded the pre-reservation will lose effect.
  • Closed during Christmas. Opening hours daily from 08:30 to 22:00.
  • We do not accept pets.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
