It’s a wonderful neighborhood to explore and get a peek into another era. Some of these workshops look like something straight out of the Renaissance. While you are here, visit some of the great little cafes in the area. Also in this neighborhood are the Pitti Palace’s beautiful galleries—a visit here would complement this artisan trail that looks at the decorative arts in Florence.
A very comfortable apartment completely remodeled in 2013. it is on 2nd floor with elevator and private garage in the underground. It has a large entrance with closet, a large living room with dining room, Sat TV, internet WIFI and cable; a full equipped kitchen with snack table, 5 fuochi, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, cuttle, dish-washer and all the amenities you can dream in a kitchen; stove, glasses for 8 people. The night area has 2 large bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms and 1 laundry. Guests have the access at the spectacular condominium terrace, it overlooks all the city!!!! Amazing view! It is located at 50 meters from Ponte Vecchio. The surface 120 square meters, air conditioner in all rooms, heating sistem, all the machines are completely new. In the same street 3 famous restaurants, 1 very good supermarket, an amzing fresh fish restaurant with view on the river Arno.
Changeoverday is flexible, are the same at weekends as they are during the week.
Reduction for middly week or monthly rentals. For monthly rental the utilities are extra. Final cleaning for long term stay 120,00 Euro.
To book I require a down payment of 40% of the total ammount.
Security deposit 400,00 Euro
Cancellation Policie is moderate, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before the start of the holiday.
