A Lisbon Coast, luxurious, spacious apartment within a fully managed, child-friendly, condominium. The condominium offers security and tranquility with a gate house that is staffed 24 hours a day and underground car parking (2 spaces) with direct lift access. All three bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes with generous storage space. The master bedroom has a bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath) en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third combines as a bedroom and office with a double pull-out futon. It has a very large living/dining room and a terrace with a wonderful uninterrupted sea-view across swimming pools. The living large room is furnished in a classical style, including a double bed-sofa, with a formal dining area and sliding double doors to the terrace. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate washroom and storage room.
Note that changeover day is Saturday during Christmas, Easter and the summer season, and is flexible during other periods and minimum rental period is one week. A monthly rate is negotiable in the low season. Payment details are shown in our inquiry follow up letter, copy of which will be provided on request. A 40% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. A 300/€350 refundable security deposit is also required, refundable within 2 weeks of return. There is a charge of 55/€65 for the cleaning of the apartment and a single supply of bed linen and towels. In the high season utility charges are included in the rent.
During the low season there will be a separate charge for the heating consumed.
Payment with PayPal is possible with an additional charge of 3%.
