Villa Santa Lucia close to the beach

The apartment at the top floor of a Villa, is located in a residential zone of Quartu S. Elena, Sardegna (Cagliari), at only 1km from the Poetto, a 8km long beach with pink flamingos, where having fun, eating crustaceans and shellfishes or swimming during the day, drinking and dancing during the night. Tennis/golf clubs, and a thalasso center therapy in the neighbourhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (18m2), a bright living area (72m2), a bathroom (6.5m2) with hairdryer, bathtub and shower, air conditioning, Hi-Fi and satellite TV. An extra bed would be available in the living room for a 5th person. To make it more comfortable, the apartment has also a big (43m2) patio with a beautiful view, supplied with BBQ, table and chairs where to dine in the summer months with greater relaxation, and surrounded by a green wide garden, which is provided with under-tree hammocks and deckchairs. A wide parking area is always available on premises. Pets are most welcome; no-smoking inside the house. Facilities for babies are also included if necessary: baby buggy (stroller), cradle, crib (max 8months), cot (max 4yrs), table baby’s chair, highchair, playpen, toys for babies 0-3 years, and a changing table.

We offer hospitality, comfort, courtesy and relax, and will be at your disposal to advise you on excursions, restaurants, night activities. Max: 5 people, minimum stay: 1 week. Shops, markets and malls: 1-3km; Cagliari city centre: 8km; harbour: 14km; Elmas Airport: 15km. At few minutes driving from the villa, there are main connections to the most famous beaches of the south-oriental coast of the island: Geremeas (18km), Villasimius (30km); Costa Rei (40km). The protected naturalistic park of Molentargius with rare birds is at 7km, the water funpark Diverland at 12.5 km.

Elmas Airport is only 15 km far from the Villa, 15-20 by car. A main road called SS 554 very easily connects the Airport directly to the Villa.

Cleaning are included in the price if guests leave the house clean and tidy as on arrival. Otherwise, cleaning services is 8 euro/hour.

The living room has big comfortable sofas, a table and chairs, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, and offer a nice view on the outdoor patio. It is a wide open-space area, which connects to bedrooms and the bathroom. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with dishes, crockery, kitchenware, tableware, etc.. It is also provided with a dishwasher.

Master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is spacious, fully equipped with sheets, blankets, bedspread. The mattress is relatively new (1 year-old). The second bedroom is smaller than the master one, but it also has a double bed and is equipped with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and is fully equipped with sheets, blankets, bedspread; covers and quilt. The bathroom has both a bath tub and a shower, hairdryer, towels and bathrobes. There is not a close garage for cars, but a spacious parking is available all around the fenced-in garden of the Villa.

No smoking allowed inside the house. Pets allowed. On the check-out, home should be left tidy and clean as on arrival.
