Charming former barn carefully restored preserving its original architectural features and the its ancient materials (like the beautiful terracotta--tiled floors). This barn, turned into 2 independent apartments, is in quiet and panoramic location on the hills between Pisa and Florence, in the heart of a 15-hectare estate producing olive oil and wine. The furnishing is cozy, in rustic style with some ancient pieces. The property, enjoying beautiful views over the surrounding landscape, offers a large well-kept lawn and private outdoor areas for all of the 2 units. A nice swimming-pool and a covered terrace are available.

The location is ideal to visit all of the most important art cities in Tuscany as well as the coastline area with nice beaches.

The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 350 m not suitable for sports or low cars.

Distances: Montefoscoli with a food shop 3 km away, Forcoli with all kinds of shops 10 km, golf course (36 holes - open from 01/07) 10 km away, the charming town of Volterra 35 km, San Gimginano approx. 40 km away, Pisa (airport) and Lucca 50 km away, Tirrenia with nice beaches 65 km, Florence and Siena approx. 75 km away, the coastline area of Versilia 90 km.

At guests' disposal (and to be shared with the owner): large lawn, big lightened swimming-pool (8 x 16 m - depth from 1,3 to 2,8 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) with covered terrace (table, chairs, sink, small barbecue, fridge 120 liter), dressing-room with toilet, open-air shower (cold water), bowling green and table tennis (approx. 60 m from the house away). Laundry (EUR 5,- / per washing). Parking within the grounds.
