The private terrace off the ample master bedroom attracts the eye, with its magnificent ocean views, though those vistas have competition from the high-definition broadcasts from the bedroom’s TV. All three bedrooms and three baths have classy marble floors. Refined stone and granite kitchen counters meet their match in the high quality of the kitchen appliances.

Full kitchen including toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking, utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, gas stove, electric oven and reverse osmosis water filter. Towels and Linens provided. Bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub. 

Bamboo flooring is throughout the condo. Cable TV, DVD/CD player, surrounds sound system with flat screen HD HP. All-in-one printer, copier, and scanner and fax machine in unit. Telephone is also available for local call.

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
30% of the estimated cost should be paid upon Confirmation.
The rest, 70% to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelling 41 days before arrival no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancelling 40-21 days before arrival 30% of the cost will be charged.
If cancelling 20 days before the arrival the 75% of the estimated cost will be charged.

Additional Rate details

Above rates are per day per villa 1-7 pax and include:

  • cleaning and change of linen and towels 2 times per week (arrival day and in the middle of the stay).
  • extra day cleaning on request, at 50 euros per time.
  • maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool.
  • expenses for electricity – water.
  • complimentary basket on arrival containing : bottled water, coffee, milk, butter, juice, etc.
  • all local taxes.
  • During Winter Period swimming pool will not be operational.
