The 3 Bedroom rental house with double master bedroom with full 'en suite' facilities and bunk beds and two further bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, bringing the sleeping capacity to a total of 8 persons. In addition there is a spacious landing area with two settees one of which can be converted to a double bed . There is an additional bathroom and separate toilet.
The accommodation comprises a spacious and open ground floor with traditional exposed Charente stone walls which serve to keep the house cool in the long hot summers. The comfortable lounge has two settees and an open fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large refrigerator. The entrance hall leads to the separate dining room with a spiral staicase leading to the first floor.
