Additional features are: air conditioning in each room, full marble bathrooms, satellite TV, music system, wireless egetable garden, gardener, housekeeping services once a week, pool maintenance.

For any booking at Villa Ferhan, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone.
In order to secure a booking we request 25% of the entire booking to be paid in advance. The remaining amount should be paid at least 5 weeks before the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation within four weeks prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within two weeks prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit is non-refundable in any case.
The 2 additional rooms in the lower garden can be rented for $1.000 per room per week in high season and $850 per room per week in September and October (these rooms cannot be rented seperately).
