This 300 year old traditional one bedroom cottage is situated in a picturesque, private gravelled terrace, within the Lake District National Park, just a few miles from Ullswater. Within just a few minutes walk is the village pub, The Herdwick, which has been highly rated for its food, both by the travel press and by many locals too! This area has a great deal to offer, and staying in Mell Fell Cottage you'll have all the comforts you need to be able to enjoy it.
Mell Fell Cottage holiday rental has been recently refurbished, and is maintained to a very high standard. 1 Bedroom. Sleeps up to 3 people in 1 room - 1 double and 1 single bed. All bed linen provided. Bathroom. This large room contains a bath with electric shower over and wc. Towels are provided. Living room is oak beamed with a colour TV and a log burning stove (A complimentary basket of logs is provided during winter lets - November to April). Dining kitchen was recently re-fitted and contains a cooker, fridge,dishwasher and microwave. Storage heating and hot water included, other electricity is provided by a £1 coin meter. Parking is available for 1 car immediately adjacent to the front door. Cottage Garden with lawn, attractive flower borders, patio area with bench furniture.
Remember short breaks start at the beginning of November and continue up to the end of April (excl. easter weeks) and are still priced at £150 for 3 nights (minimum) plus £25 per extra night.
