It is just a short ten-minute walk from the picturesque harbour town of Portree, where there is a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants for you to enjoy. Portree is centrally located and is an ideal place to base yourself for all your holiday activities whilst on the Isle of Skye. From exploring castles and museums or walking and climbing in the famous Cuillin mountains and surrounding countryside, to enjoying a round of golf on one of the two courses on the island or simply enjoying “a wee dram” at the Talisker distillery – nothing is too far away!
