This lovely holiday travel villa rental has a private South facing swimming pool (important if you want to maximise your time in the sun by the pool), and sleeps 6 to 8 persons. This 3 bedroom holiday rental is situated in a prime position within a traditional Cypriot coastal village, near to Paphos. Providing lovely mediterreanean sea views from the rear and views of the Cyprus Troodos foothills and mountains from the front.
Living Room: The living room measures 4m x 4.5m and is part of an open plan living space of 7m x 10.1m. The living room has a tiled floor, with covering rug. It is equipped with a hifi system, T.V. cabinet, television, DVD, 3 piece suite, vase, framed pictures and two coffee tables. There are 'throws' for the 3 piece suite. The 3 piece suite sofa converts to a double bed, the bedding for which is contained in the rear bedroom wardrobe. There are music CDs, DVD films, books, Playstation 2, and a selection of board and card games in the living room.
Dining Room: The dining room measures 3m x 5.6m and is part of an open plan living space of 7m x 10.1m. The dining room has a tiled floor and is equipped with a dining room table, 6 chairs and bookcase. There are framed pictures on the wall, glass fruit bowl, and place mats on the table.
Kitchen: The kitchen measures 3.3m x 3.1m and is equipped with an electric cooker and hob; washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, two toasters, toasted sandwich maker, baking tray, bottle opener, set of kitchen knives, casserole dishes, cheese grater, chopping board, coffee perculator, corkscrew, dinner service (for 8 persons), cutlery set (for 8 persons), fruit bowl, frying pan, saucepans, 8 tumbler glasses, 8 wine glasses, kettle, measuring jug, 8 mugs, potato peeler, salt and pepper pots, oil and vinegar pots, sieve, set of kitchen utensils, 3 storage containers, swing bin, 8 table mats, teapot, 6 tea towels, tin opener, sugar/coffee/tea jars, 1 tray, and ice lolly makers. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with three stools.
Downstairs Clockroom: The downstairs cloakroom consists of a toilet and handbasin.
Air Conditioning £50 per week.
Discounts: 20% for late availability less than 4 weeks. 10% early booking 48 weeks or over. 5% early booking 30 weeks or over. 2010 prices are available for 2011 if booked now.
Prices are for the hire of the villa, and include: Electricity (other than for air conditioning). Swimming pool cleaning twice a week. Maid service at beginning and end of stay. Laundry ((towels & bedding changed weekly) beach towels are not provided).
20% deposit is required to confirm booking. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday.
£200 returnable damage deposit is required.
Air conditioning can be paid for prior to holiday or when on site, and is £50 per week. All rooms have ceiling fans. If paying for air conditioning when on site, there is a small surcharge to cover the callout of the property manager to set air con up.
