Highfields Farm is a listed timber framed house, set in a quite location in open countryside. The Farmhouse is part of an 800 acre working farm, with stables in the main yard, and private track running through the surrounding area, for plenty of peaceful walks. Guests have their own entrance into part of the house which leads into one twin bedrooms with Ensuite facilities and two double Ensuite. All rooms have a television, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in the oak beamed dining room and the panelled sitting room gives you somewhere to relax. We are central to Colchester, Britain's oldest recorded town. Maldon and Burnham-on-Crouch, with Constable and Lovedjoy country on the doorstep. There is easy access to the A12, Felixstowe, Harwich and all three London Airports. Highfields Farm is a listed farm house with all the characteristic of an old building. The house has a step to enter into the cottage. The ground floor room has stairs up to the bathroom. The other two bed rooms are up steep narrow cottage stairs. The lounge is on the ground floor but has two steps from there, into the dining room. We will offer to help with bags into the bedrooms. The parking area is next to the house.
