Relax in our cosy guest sitting room curled up on the comfortabe lounge in front of the fire on a winter night, the perfect place to enjoy a complimentary glass of port Games, DVDs, Videos, CDs and magazines are also provided for your enjoyment. BBQ and laundry facilities are avaiable upon request and off-street parking provided for guests.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to the first date of booking, full refund of deposit (less a $25 administration fee).
  • Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the first date of booking, forfeit the full deposit.
  • However if the booking is taken up by another party then a full refund will made (less a $25 administration fee).



Additional Rate details

Tariffs range from $180 to $240 per night (effective until June 2011), special rates can be negotiated for extended stays.

$195.00 per night for 2 x night stays including Continental Breakfast, Sparkling Wine, Cheese & Fruit Platter,  & Chocolates.
