A warm welcome awaits guests at this spacious and very comfortable stable conversion which adjoins our own C17th century thatched farmhouse nestling in the East Devon countryside. The accommodation is very well equipped and endeavours to provide all the extras needed to make packing less of a chore. Its location is perfect for holiday makers and business people alike. It is ideal for touring the stunning Devon countryside; enjoying the beautiful beaches and towns including Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth, and visiting a multitude of attractions including the outstandingly beautiful Dartmoor and East Devon Living Coast, a World Heritage Site. For those on business or just visiting, Westpoint Centre is only a few minutes away, and we are only 6 miles away from the lively city of Exeter with its wonderful Cathedral and many historical attractions.
The Stables ideally sleeps 4 guests but an extra bed or cot is available. We want everyone’s stay in The Stables to be as comfortable as possible and therefore: Light and heat when the nights turn chilly are included in the price. Smoking is not permitted. mobile reception is good. A washing machine is available for guests use in adjoining building. A hard tennis court is on site and may be used at your own risk. Barbeques may be used in the garden area adjoining the tennis court. Kitchen area The kitchen area is well equipped and includes microwave, electric cooker, toaster, iron, fridge/freezer. Tea towels, cleaning cloths and products are provided. Lounge and Dining area: The light and spacious lounge/dining area with cottage style furnishings includes TV and video recorder. Bedrooms: The comfortable bedrooms include hairdryer, linen with duvets and towels (Towels for the beach are not provided). The double bedroom has en-suite facilities. The twin bedroom has full sized single beds. The modern family bathroom adjoins. Garden and tennis court. The garden commands views of the surrounding Devon countryside and has seating areas and barbeque facilities. Running alongside the garden is a full sized hard surfaced tennis court which can be used by guests at their own risk.
Payment: Deposit - £50 per week or short break period. Balance as cheque or direct BACS credit payable 2 weeks before arrival or cash on arrival. Cards not accepted.
