Sleeps: 8Newly renovated beach cottage in Pacific Beach. The cottage is 850 sq feet with another 440 sq ft of decks on the front and back of the house. The house is half a mile from the center of Pacific Beach, and 1/3 of a mile to the beach. You can hear the surf from the front deck. It is an easy walk to all amenities; there are shops to browse, a coffee shop and four restaurants, two of which are bars.
It has two bedrooms, one with a queen with an ensuite bathroom and a private deck facing east to enjoy the morning sun. The second bedroom, offers a double bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The living room has a pull out sofa bed. The house can sleep eight.
The cottage has all the amenities you would expect, including a washer / dryer, dishwasher, and cable TV. It is a very peaceful setting, providing access to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Washington coast. Pacific Beach is regarded as Washington's best kept secret, those who visit find out why.
