The Bay House was remodeled as summer guest accommodations upon the Eaton's purchase of Zachar Bay. The building was originally a 4-plex, built in the 1960's to house 16 cannery workers. The rennovations included removing two large walls, constructing two covered porches, adding two large windows, heat, and bathrooms. There are 2 private guest rooms with outdoor entrances, each featuring a private bathrooms with showers. The building is located on the hill, with a view of Zachar Bay out the front windows and off the community deck.
