GUEST COTTAGE: Cute (brand new) open log cabin cottage in back yard. Futon double bed lower level and mattress in loft above. Ceramic heater, fans, wifi - for 3 season fun!
CLEAR LAKE: Just a short 2 minute walk to Clear Lake beach (beach rights with property), 5-person pedal boat docked at lake in summer for pedaling, swimming, fishing. Or just a 15 minute drive to Lake Michigan beaches and to the St. Joe river park.
