• Prices posted @ $700 rate are per unit. If a double unit (sleeps 12) is requested for same week I will gladly discount the double unit to $1200.

• This is a two Bedroom, two Bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room (see floor plan included in the photos).
• The unit sleeps 6 people: 2 in each bedroom plus 2 more on the pull-out sleeper couch. Additional rollaway beds are available from the resort for a small additional fee (not included. Check with the front desk.)
• Your unit is professionally decorated and well maintained.
• Fully furnished for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
• Entertainment center in the living room contains a large color TV and a DVD player.
• Each bedroom also has it's own color TV.
• The unit contains it's own whirlpool tub in the master bathroom.
• There is a gas fireplace in the living room.
• The kitchen is fully appointed with coffeemaker, toaster, full-size refrigerator, and microwave oven. Some units also feature a dishwasher and a range.
• Washers and dryers are conveniently located within the building.
• In-room WIFI is available for a small additional fee (not included. See the front desk for this.)
• Additional items needed for your stay, such as cutlery, modest cookware and dinnerware, towels, hairdryer, iron with ironing board are included in your unit.

There is an amazing Dinner Theater with complete buffet at Captain Georges Restaurant, just 10 minutes away. The food is delicious and the show is always wonderful. I highly recommend it!

With over 125 outlet stores, all located a few miles from the Resort, Williamsburg is a shopper's paradise.
