This is the larger cottage of the two cottages. It has been accredited at 4 stars by the Tourist Board (Visit Wales). It is decorated in a colourful, contemporary style and is very spacious and homely with countryside views. There are four bedrooms consisting of the Master bedroom with a king sized bed, a double room which has two single beds (each 3 ft) and two single bedrooms. These are all on the first floor and have ample storage. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a bath. There is a spacious feel to the upstairs landing area which has a small pool table.
Downstairs there is a generously fitted kitchen / diner which includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and a spacious fridge freezer. Adjoining this room is the large
lounge / dining room. This is spacious yet cosy with a wooden floor and a log burner (free logs are provided). It has a piano and a television with Freeview. There is a patio door which leads from the dining area to a rear courtyard area with outdoor seating and a barbeque. There is also a downstairs smaller 'snug' which has a second television with a DVD player and a library of books. There is also a downstairs shower room. The Cottage has oil central heating. Outside there is a patio and barbeque area with garden furniture. There is secure bike storage and washing facilities. No smoking or pets are allowed inside the cottage. A travel cot and high chair are available plus toys, children's books and games.
