Door County Hideaway is a charming two-story vacation home in Door County with spectacular views of the woods. Our home has two separate living areas ideal for family gatherings, couples and mixed groups who want to share lodging, yet maintain privacy. Door County Hideaway is conveniently located amidst the Door County villages along the peninsula, with sandy beaches only minutes away in Bailey’s Harbor. Fishing, boat launches, bike trails, a lighthouse, and seven county parks are all minutes away, along with antiques, shopping, music, restaurants, fish boils and more.
The main unit of the house includes a spacious kitchen with appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking utensils and dishes so you can prepare meals. The adjoining dining area provides a spectacular view of the woods, and the living room features a vaulted ceiling and natural stone fireplace. A TV and VCR/DVD player are included. The master bedroom has a double bed as well as a full bath with a shower and bathtub. The upstairs of the home is an open air bedroom which sleeps four to six. The entire back of the house contains a quaint apartment-style unit. The bedroom has a daybed with a pull-out bed underneath. This unit also has a completely equipped kitchen with appliances, microwave and coffeemaker as well as a bathroom with shower. A living room with a TV and VCR blends with the dining area which seats four.
