Above the cove is Palm Beach, a boutique beach club, that can offer simple lunches, organise water sports for you and runs a frequent water taxi service to the harbour, alternatively its only a 10 minute stroll to the village. The villa is located on the exclusive hillside of Komerluk, east of Kalkan, meaning panoramic views of Kalkan Bay, the harbour and islands, a backdrop of the Taurus mountains and guaranteed sunsets. The villa accommodates 6 comfortably in three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all with their own private en-suites. For those travelling with babies, a travel cot is available. All bedrooms have doors opening onto private balconies, the ground floor opening onto a private terrace, furnished with table and chairs and enjoying fantastic views across the bay, islands and harbour. Each room and the open plan living area and the bedrooms are independently air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances – cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. The villa has TV, Stereo, MP3 docking mini-system and DVD player. We have also installed a safe for your security. All internal flooring is cool marble and the villa is furnished in a simple sophisticated style, perfect for a Mediterranean break.
