Sleeps: 4The bed and breakfast is the upstairs level of a 1930's historic Cumberland Homestead house. Features a small kitchen, 1.5 bath, 4 queen beds, and also an outside deck. We are located directly across highway 127 from the Cumberland Mountain State Park, and approx. 1/5 miles away from Jack Nicklaus' Bear Trace Golf Course.
A two night minimum is requested.
We accept from one to six adults in the same party.
Rates include a continental breakfast for each night of stay.

Rates for two people is $125.00 per night which includes two queen beds, kitchen area and dining area, one and one half baths and an outside upper deck. Rates for each additional person for these accommodations is $20.00 per night with a maximum of four adults.
Rates for four people is $200.00 per night which includes four queen beds, kitchen and dining area, one and one half baths and an outside upper deck. Rates for each additional person for these accommodates is $20.00 per night with a maximum of six adults
We accept pets but owner is responsible for any damage caused by pet.
Guests are responsible for damages including any damage to furniture, fixtures, linens or towels, including cleaning charges.
