Sleeps: 10A two story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2000 square foot full log cabin on the banks of the Coosawattee River with rushing whitewater right off the front porch. Hardwood walls and floors throughout. Exposed beams and large cantilevered loft. Log Cabin on Whitewater sleeps 8 comfortably and can accommodate 10.
Cleaning Fee: $80 ( $100 if more than 4 persons for more than 4 days)
Security Deposit (Refundable): $200 - fully refundable - returned within 14 days of departure if no damage found. Please note, we understand normal wear and tear and expect it. We don't want to keep any of your deposit and there aren't many circumstances that would cause us to do so. But excessive mud/dirt on floors/carpets, broken appliances and furniture, obvious neglect, etc. may make us consider retaining part or all of your security/damage deposit. Also, if we find evidence of smoking or pets in the cabin (we don't allow either), we may retain a portion of your deposit. So far, we've never kept a dime of a security/damage deposit we honestly want to keep it that way.
