Welcome to Pinnon Lake Cabins! Tucked away in the beautiful rolling hills of Southern Illinois, our location rests on the highly acclaimed Southern Illinois Wine Trail. Pinnon Lake is five minutes from the edge of Shawnee National Forrest. We are only three miles off Interstate 57 at exit 36. Moments from anywhere yet feels like miles from it all.

You will find our cabin and lake setting to be as relaxing as it is beautiful.  On any given day you may observe deer in the field, geese landing on the lake, a family of wild turkeys at the edge of the woods. In the spring you may even take a peek at our new baby calves, as the property is a third generation working family farm.

From a simple weekend getaway to an extended vacation. We hope to see you, your family and friends come again and again to enjoy our beautiful Pinnon Lake.

Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS:
 
You must secure your reservation with a Major credit card at the time of booking your rental.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards.  Both debit and credit.  Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.  Full payment is due fifteen days prior to reservation date.  No refunds available after this date. 
 
POLICIES:
 
  • You must be twenty one years or older to reserve a cabin.
  • You are responsible for any damages to the cabin or its contents during your stay. (The person reserving the cabin is the person responsible)
  • Pinnon Lake Cabins is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property while a quest at the cabin.
  • Pinnon Lake Cabins is not responsible for any actions you or your guests take or do whild staying at the cabin.
  • We pride ourselves with our peaceful environment at Pinnon Lake Cabins: in respect to other guests on the property we ask that noise be kept to a non-invasive level.
  • FISHING:  Guest are welcome to enjoy a leisure time of fishing in our lake and pond.  You must provide your own fishing gear and bait.
  • We ask that you do not clean your fish on the premises.  You may catch and release or take your fish home to clean.  If planning to take home your catch be prepared with ice and a cooler. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR FISH INTO THE CABIN!
  • NO PETS ALLOWED:  With respect to other guests with alloergies and health related issues our policy is no pets.
  • NO SMOKING:  Smoking is not allowed in the cabin.
  • NO SWIMMING OR BOATING ON PINNON LAKE:  Due to the liability of water activties our policy no swimming or boating at Pinnon Lake.
  • WILD LIFE Please do not feed the geese or any other wildlife.  All leftover  food products need to be bagged and placed in the outside receptacle provided.
  • HOT TUB: A hot tub is provide at each of our cabins for your leasure while a quest at Pinnon Lake Cabins.  If you have any questions requarding th proper use of the hot tub please call: 618-833-4843 or 618-614-8095.
  • Please no food items near the hot tub area.  Children under the age of 13 are prohibited to use the hot tub unless supervised by a responsible adult.
  • Please keep the hot tub covered and latched when not in use.
  • Pinnon Lake Cabins is not responsible for any injuries due to misuse of the hot tub or any other item located on the premises.
  • OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:  Feel free to enjoy a leisurely stroll around the lake or the wooded area nearby.  We encourage you to wear appropriate attire and use insect repellant while enjoying the outdoor environment.  The wooded areas are prevalent to having chiggers, ticks, oak mitesw, etc; we ncourage you to shower after your outdoor activities for your comfort.
CHECK OUT:
At check out our guests are required fo leave the cabin and property in the same general condition it was upon arrival. (A $75 CLEANING FEE MAY BE CHARGED IF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE)
  1. Wash, dry and put away dishes, utensils, and etc.
  2. Clean out all food and beverage brought to the cabin.
  3. Place used towels, washcloths etc in bathtub.
  4. Leave bed linens on the beds.
  5. Close all windows and outside doors.
  6. Please bag all trash and place in outside trash receptacle provided.
Damages:  You will be charged for any dammages during your stay at Pinnon Lake Cabins.  A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any guest smoking or bringing pets in the cabin..
 
PINNON LAKE CABINS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VACATE THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME FOR VIOLATION OF POLICIES SET FORTH!

Anytime ...............$125/night (4-6 nights)
Weekly rate...................... $750/week  
Rent six nights you get the seventh free
(Rates doesn't include 11% Hotel/Motel tax)
NO REFUNDS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED STAY
