Sleeps: 8Rustic contemporary architect-designed house on tidal salt marsh. Weekly and monthly rentals available beginning July 1, 2010. The house is in a quiet and secluded area on a wooded acre. It is adjacent to the salt marsh and there is a beautiful panoramic marsh view from the living room. At high tide it's possible to canoe or kayak right in front of the house and the bay beach is a half-mile walk away. The house has high wood-beamed ceilings and wide-board floors, tiled kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a loft and turret), 1.5 baths, 3 large bay windows, and a lot of light. Amenities: A full kitchen (stove, dishes and kitchen utensils, toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender, and microwave); washer/dryer: TV (with basic cable) and VCR/DVD player; telephone; high-speed internet; Pillows provided, tenants supply towels and linens.
A 50% deposit is required to hold all reservations; the balance and a $500 security deposit are due at least one month prior to rental date. Summer reservations made prior to April 15 will receive a discount of $50 per week. Credit cards or bank account debits can be used via PayPal.
