The Old Exchange

A very warm welcome to The Old Exchange, situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Sway in the New Forest National Park. With local pubs and shops only a stone’s throw away, The Old Exchange Holiday Rental Cottage is perfect for a family holiday, a short break, or as a base from which to explore the wonderful natural beauty of the area.

The property has been converted into two Apartments, available to let together or separately. The Apartments occupy the ground and first floors and have their own separate entrances and utility areas.

The entrance to the first floor apartment is the second door at the end of the paved pathway. The entrance hall has a coat and shoe storage area, and there is a curved stairway following off to the right which leads to the first floor. At the top of the stairs on the right, there is a wc/basin and shower room. At the top of the stairs, on the left, there is a utilities/broom cupboard which also houses the combi-boiler for the GFCH, and hot water system. The kitchen/diner is open plan and is fully equipped with; a microwave, an electric hob and oven, a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. The living room continues in an open plan and contains a TV and DVD player, two blue leather settees and a three seater settee, which opens out to become a double bed.
Down the corridor and on the left is a BR which sleeps 2 people with 3ft twin beds. At the end of the corridor is the master BR which sleeps 2 people with a double bed. Internet access is available via an Ethernet cable.
