This private Holiday villa spaciously built,a perfect holiday home for a family of six, but can accommodate up to seven persons, has been beautifully decorated with memorabilia from the Channel Island of Jersey. The interior and exterior furniture mostly teak was specially selected for this fine selfcatering holiday villa. The holiday accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms a family double basin bathroom, a further double bedroom with (double bed) and en suite bathroom. A large airy lounge, separate kitchen and a laundry room.
The large lounge with a dining area offers Books, games and for your entertainment a satellite TV (limited engl. programs) with DVD, CD, video and radio. You can also connect to the Internet via a 3.5GB modem here for a small weekly charge of £25. The lounge overlooks the superb south-facing sun terrace with its heated roman-style pool. A size-able kitchen with dining table, fully equipped with fan-oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer plus the usual electrical utensils. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels are provided and there is a mid-week towel change, and you do not need to bring your own beach towels or hairdryer. Beach towels are not changed, but can be washed in the washing machine.
Outside the property you will find a delightful front garden with sub tropical plants and a large south facing terrace with a built-in barbecue. There are large comfortable sun loungers with thick cushions surrounding the solar heated roman-style private pool. If requested, in the cooler winter month the pool heating can be supplemented for a weekly charge of £70.00. A garden wall encloses the entire property. The holiday villa has a carport, although Puerto del Carmen is well within walking distance, we would recommend that you hire a car if you wish to tour the island.
