The condo has two large bedrooms, and the master suite’s private patio is equipped with Jacuzzi tub. The condo has a large covered patio off the kitchen and a lounging deck on a green landscaped rooftop for entertaining.
You and your guests can awake to the buzz of various birds or the distant calls of howler monkeys. And the jungle setting features a lot of privacy in which to enjoy your stay without unwanted interruptions.
The condo offers an ideal base from which you can relax poolside, explore the tropical countryside, or enjoy stunning sunset views over the Pacific.
Located close to town makes access to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries can easy walk. The condo gives the impact of being in an open air setting and affords plentiful views of the jungle, mountains and Pacific Ocean.
Condo vacation rental rates $85 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Policy:
We require a 50% deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax. You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow. For cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations. In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Your email will be answered shortly with a description of the accommodations, rates, and other information. If you wish to reserve based on our reply, you will be asked for 50% as a deposit. Taxes of 13% are not included in the rates quoted. A 40 day cancellation policy is in effect prior to check in date, and must be in writing via email or fax. 40 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks. A one night deposit will be charged to the credit card you have provided for each room reservation.
