The living-room area is spacious, excellent for entertaining and the adjacent dining area seats six. There is additional seating (four) off the dining area outdoors on the private deck overlooking the pool. It\'s the perfect location for visitors who prefer proximity to the beach, which is just a five minute walk away or take a dip in the crystal clear waters of the private complex Cenote.
This is located within the gated development, Condo Mar H2O, within Playacar phase one (close to the Playcar Mayan Ruins). The complex has 24/7 on-site security and it\'s a short walking distance to Paseo Del Carmen, the outdoor mall area where the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops and restaurants begin.
