The house was totally remodeled from top to bottom during the last year. The house is spacious with 5,000 square feet and has all the amenities of your home. All the furniture, beds, linens, cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. are brand new. We have a water sanitization system that runs pure water all the way through the house, so you don't have to worry about "drinking the water". We have Star Choice Satellite TV with over 200 channels including local channels in the U.S. and Canada. This is also our home and not just a rental, so we keep it in spick and span condition.

The position of the property is ideal. It is located in a very safe and sound upper-class area of Mazatlan. It is a 10 minute walk to the Plaza Machado in the Historic District and a 10 minute walk to the Central Market and Cathedral. If you would like to go to the resort area (Golden Zone), you can grab a Pulmonia in a 1 minute walk from the house.
