Hiatt Hale is just three houses from beautiful Kailua beach on a private lane with no streets to cross and has a gated access to a very quiet stretch of Kailua Beach. The beautiful backyard has a large pool, covered lanai (patio) and a gas BBQ grill.

Terms & Conditions

Monthly: $14,500.

Per Night: $700 for up to 10 guests + tax and cleaning fee.

Holidays: $900 per night + tax and cleaning fee.

Additional guests are $50 each up to a maximum of 12 guests total.

$1000 refundable damage deposit $450 clean-out fee per stay.

50% deposit due at time of booking with balance due thirty days prior to arrival.

Hiatt Hale is a Non-Smoking Vacation Home.
