With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open kitchen, dining and living room area, you are sure to find this craftsman home a delightful respite after a day of exploration and fun. A washer and dryer is located downstairs for your convenience, as daily housekeeping is not provided.
 
Well behaved pets are welcome, but we ask that you not leave them unattended in the cottage. A $25 pet fee per pet per night is applicable with a maximum of 2 pets.
Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. The house has one bedroom with a full size bed and two bedrooms each with a queen bed. A queen size air bed is available upon request if needed to sleep 2 additional.

The Rose Cottage is the perfect place


The Rose Cottage is the perfect place to stay if you are volunteering at Best Friends! It is probably the closest lodging in Kanab to the sanctuary and it has a large yard for dog sleepovers. My favorite part of the house was the front porch, although the comfy beds and hot shower were also very nice. This was the was my first experience with Airbnb, and I was very pleased by the professional service that we received from Carrie. She always responded within 24 hours and was always receptive to our needs. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Home!


This is a wonderful home- clean, attractively furnished, spacious and close to pool and restaurants. We were four people, two adults and two kids ages 12 and 16. Everyone appreciated the house and its location.

We had a great stay! Carrie’s place is in a great location in town (walkable to many restaurants, etc), yet is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful yard and cute interior. Everything you could need in the kitchen in order to cook. The only thing to be aware of is not to expect a response when communicating with her through Airbnb. Use the outside contact info she provides (even though Airbnb recommends that you use their messenger). I contacted her through Airbnb to let her know that I wouldn’t arrive until a day later than planned; her staff called me at 10:00 pm and woke me up to ask when I’d be there. Knowing this, I would highly recommend her rental!

Great location


The home is warm and inviting. Uniquely decorated. Clean with comfy beds and pillows. The location is quite, yet close enough to walk to many places in town. I would definitely choose to stay there again.
