Cobwebs Cottage

Accommodation comprises: Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with TVs , a twin room and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a comfortable and spacious lounge with colour TV, video and fire. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker and microwave. The Utility Room contains an automatic washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. There is a second bathroom downstairs with a shower. We can offer a high chair and cot if required.

Outside of the cottage you will enjoy a small wooded area bordered by a stream. There is a barbecue for your use. The price includes Gas and Electricity used along with bed linen. Towels can be provided for a small extra charge.

Cobwebs Cottage is located within the grounds of Berry Mill House which is a converted mill dating from the 17th century. The grounds offer seclusion from the hustle and bustle of normal life and will provide the relaxing holiday that you are looking to find in Devon.

Added to this is the very convenient proximity to all of North Devon�s seaside resources. You have easy access to Combe Martin, a walk away, and towns such as Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, and Barnstaple.
