It is less than 5 minutes to Vallecito Lake and all of the local area attractions. The Mountain View is a partially remodeled 1500 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This home sleeps up to 8 (1 queen, 1 full, 2 single beds and sleeper sofa) and includes Satellite TV, DVD/VCR, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wood burning stove, BBQ grill. It is fully furnished and equipped. We have also included a fire pit in the back and much of the 1 acre is on flat grass so that both children and adults can enjoy outdoor activities. Great for family reunions! Please, no smoking. Sorry no pets.
