Front door from terrace into hallway and fitted kitchen. Gas cooker. Fridge. Washing machine. Double sink. Dishwasher. Open to sitting room with huge open fireplace, beamed ceilings. Double doors to garden.

First floor: Main bedroom. Double bed. Open fireplace. Windows on two sides with lovely rural views down the valley. Shower Room, with shower cubicle, hand basin and loo.

Second floor: Two large bedrooms with one double and two single beds.

There is parking right outside the house for two or three cars. Terrace by the back door and lawn with rustic flower beds all round the house. Barbeque area by the garage with vine-covered arbour.

The village of St Bonnet Elvert has one bar but no shops and the local traders pass on certain days each week. The delightful and historic town of Argentat sur Dordogne is about 15 minutes away for excellent shops and restaurants, a super water park, canoeing in the river, hang gliding.

Tulle is a larger town with weekly markets (Wednesday and Saturday) and a larger selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Tulle is about 20 minutes away. Access to wonderful countryside, hilltop medieval villages, historic chateaux, fascinating caverns plus a multitude of activities for all ages. Canoeing, riding, climbing, hang-gliding, walking, cycling, swimming, tennis, water parks (see activities), and, of course, excellent cuisine and wine. There are two local vineyards, one in Glanes and the other at Brancelles. Larger hypermarkets are in Brive.
