Sleeps: 8Talar Aur has been very attractively converted from the winter vacation home of the growing steers, to make an ideal home. Unusually designed and laid out, the entrance porch leads into the hallway off which are all the bedrooms and the bathroom.
The main bathroom is spacious with a separate large power shower, bath, toilet and wash basin. There is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom and two single bedrooms. Patio doors lead to the private garden. The living areas are on the first floor and are light and comfortable.
From the sitting room is a view towards the Preseli Hills and patio doors that lead onto a balcony overlooking the farmland. Between the sitting room and the superb kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher are glass panelled partitions enhancing the light atmosphere of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. This property benefits from a second toilet upstairs. Stairgates are provided.
Talar Aur has its own garden, gravel patio and bbq facilities. There is car parking space outside the house with overflow parking nearby. The siitting room is beautifully light with patio doors to a balcony and glass partitioning. There are views over the farmland. Each vacation rental cottage has a colour TV, Freeview, a video and a dvd player as well as a hi-fi unit.
The dining room and kitchen are open plan. There is a second colour TV on the side in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Tea towels, oven gloves, washing up liquid and some dishwasher tablets are provided. The bathroom has been remodelled and we await a new photo! A new ensuite has been added to the double bedroom. There is a third wc upstairs.
The beds are made for your arrival and bath and hand towels are provided for you. This bedroom has 2 single beds. The single room. Ideal for your teenager or mother!
