Heating. Air conditioning in the double rooms. Two shaded car-spaces. Shared: spacious equipped outdoor area with swimming pool and 2 barbeques, pine wood. Our apartments were made in order to satisfy all the needs of our guests and to make their holiday in Maremma more pleasant.

Water, Electricity, Gas, linen, towels for the bathroom: Final cleaning € 12,00 per person, minimum € 36.00 per Thesan, Aurora and € 72.00 for the Villa.
Any extra cleaning or additional changes are to be paid separately.
In apartments Coliberto and Laran you can add a person in bed or a sofa bed at extra charge of 59.00 euros per week.
The baby\'s bed should be requested at time of booking, and charges are euro 25,00 per week.
