Don't be fooled by the word "cottage". This is a large, modern, year-round home with a full basement. It's minutes from Pleasant Bay beaches, ponds, fishing, golf, tennis, shopping and much more. The house features four spacious bedrooms, two upstairs and two down plus two full baths and an outside shower. It's fully furnished with a tasteful mix of modern and antique furnishings plus a complete array of appliances including a washer and dryer.
Situated on a quiet, residential street, the half acre backyard has to be seen to be believed. At the height of summer bloom, you'll swear you're somewhere out in the middle of the forest. Look around and all you'll see is the surrounding woods and gardens. Captain Rowbanks Cottage was used as a private home before this season.
