THE NAUSET KNOLL MOTOR LODGE: consists of twelve large rooms, all on ground level, pleasantly cooled by the constant sea breeze. Each room has an eight foot picture window facing the ocean, ceramic tiled bathroom with tub and shower combination, wall-to-wall carpeting, color cable television, and individually controlled baseboard hot water heat. The privacy of our guests is assured by four acres of well-kept grounds and lawn. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking.

Terms & Conditions

  • All rates subject to 9.7% room tax.
  • A one day deposit will be required within 7 days of making reservations.
  • Deposit will be refunded with 7 days cancellation notice. Day of arrival not included.
  • In the event of early departure, refund will be available only if room can be re-rented.
