Rent one unit or both for a two family vacation. Perfect summer activity base of operations. Peaceful and private in the off-season as well. No smokers please.
We also enjoy the Cape during the summer, staying in a separate building on the same property. These units are not well suited to accommodate groups of college students due to the quiet family nature of the neighborhood.Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit (1/2 of rental fee) if notice of cancellation given prior to 60 days before commencement of rental period. After 60 days before commencement of rental period refund given upon re-rental of reserved week.
