Reunion Beach Haus is a lovely home perched above the lake with a private beach!
Large vacation home on a quiet street right on the water with a spectacular view. A two bedrooms and two baths two story with a loft that can sleep 14+. There is a king in the master with a double air mattress, two doubles in the upstairs bedroom with a futon in the loft, two double futons in the liviing room.
Two more doubles in the upstairs bedroom are on order.Also features split bedrooms, open kitchen, loft, and a very open feel. A short walk down the rock pathway to the private sandy beach with gently sloping access to the water.
This lovely two story A-frame is 100 feet from the waterfront with a lovely, secluded beach on Canyon Lake.
A quiet secluded retreat with a spectacular view right on Canyon Lake with a boat launch one block away. The view from the house is stunning, the two story cathedral ceiling allows for a panoramic view of the lake. Ski boats seem so close that you can see the boaters fishing or just floating by. Spectacular cliffs and fun party coves throughout the area. Comal State Park is 1/2 mile away. The closest town is Starzville that has the Starz Cafe, McDonalds, Dairy Queen and Anchors Landing. There are quaint, cute shops and a Super S grocery near by. Cranes Mill Marina and Canyon Lake Marina have boat & jet ski rentals, gas for your boat, convenience store etc.
The Canyon Lake Golf Club is next door to the neighborhood. Golf fee Monday thru Thursday is $27.00 w/cart and $17.00 w/out cart. Friday thru Sunday & holidays golf fee is $34.00 w/cart and $24.00 w/out cart. After 2 PM, Monday thru Thursday, $15.00 and Friday thru Sunday & holidays $20.00 w/cart.
About a ten minute drive to tubing on the \"Horseshoe\" on the Guadalupe at Hwy. 306 and 2673 in the town of Sattler. Canyon Lake is about a 20 minute drive to Gruene and the Comal River.
Take 2673 to Startzville, turn right after McDonalds. Take your first left on Dietert.
Right at stop sign on to Gallagher. Gallagher dead ends. Take a right. The boat ramp will be on your right, veer left on to a private road. You will pass a pool on the left and a public facility building and tennis courts. Continue down public road until it deadends. Beach on your right and A-frame house on your left. Be sure to print a map, as it can be tricky.
Area Attractions: The Texas Hill Country is known for it\'s rivers, historic villages, great Mexican, German and BBQ cuisines. Tubing the Guadalupe from Canyon Lake to Gruene, Texas. Boating, jet skiing, wake boarding and fishing are the favorite water sports at Canyon Lake and Lakes Dunlap, Placid, McQueeney. Canyon Lake Vacation Homes are either waterfront or perched high up on the Canyon Lake hills for incredible views. River Road Vacation Homes are on the Guadalupe River surrounded by river outfitters who can guide river rafting trips, tubing expeditions or fly fishing fun.
Downtown New Braunfels has vintage shopping for antiques, clothing, fun gifts and wonderful restaurants such as Huisache Grill. Schlitterbahn Waterpark is the number one rated waterpark in the nation according to the Travel Channel. Landa Park has two swimming pools, playgrounds, swimming holes, golf, miniature train station and golf and numerous road races such as the Jingle Bell Run (begun by Susan Phillips, the owner of A1Vacation New Braunfels) and the Wurst Five Mile Run.
The Comal River is a two mile spring fed river which stays the same temperature all year round and is known for scuba diving, snorkling and the wild and crazy Tube Chute. Natural Bridge Caverns and Wildlife Ranch are fun for the kids as well at the McKenna Children\'s Museum. Numerous museums are in the downtown museum district of New Braunfels.
