Ft of luxurious living space, and features four bedrooms (two master suites), three and half bathrooms, south facing private heated extended swimming pool, spa & deck, which backs onto a beautiful natural conservation area (no rear neighbours) and is just 15 minutes to Central Florida's main attraction, Walt Disney World.
Our beautiful rental home is located at the exclusive Golf and Country Club Resort of Providence in Orlando, Florida, where lush foliage rustles in the morning breeze and Red Shouldered Hawks fly high above our rooftop and Snowy Egrets catch their reflections in our sparkling pool.
Our large open plan family room which has been beautifully furnished and includes designer sofas in the lounge area, with formal or informal dining options, the choice is yours!
If you're looking for things to do in Orlando then you've come to the right place! Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Centre, spectacular beaches and endless shopping/dining experiences, that Florida has to offer, are all close by. If all of the above wasn't enough, you're less than 15 Minutes to Disney's main gate.
From the dining room, double doors lead out onto the large extended sun deck with a southerly facing aspect to maximise the sunlight throughout the day. As the pool faces a protected conservation area, your privacy is protected as well as a fantastic view.

Just got back from staying at your excellent villa at providence, just wanted to say thanks alot for letting us stay there, you really have got a fabolous villa there and we had a wonderful time in orlando and relaxing at the villa also. Just to say the place was great and lived upto all expectations. Definitley one of the best villas I have stayed in and as an avid golfer I was really surprised how good the course was and for $20 a round was a real bargain. Would definitley consider staying there again when I go back to Orlando.
We had a fabulous time whilst in Florida, your home is wonderful, we absolutely loved the place and were very sad when the time came to leave. My wife & I really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful Golf vacation home; so much so that we would like to book for a period of 4 weeks 2010. We took care of your house as if it was ours and hope you can give us the opportunity to rent again. I would like to mention that the management company were very pleasant to deal with, as were the employees at the golf course.
