Situated in one of the most vibrant quarters of the city, Chez Aim, offers the best of all worlds: walk out the door of your one bedroom flat in a 1910-era rowhouse, and you are just one block from all the restaurants, shops, cafes, culture, and nightlife of the Adams Morgan neighborhood. It's quiet and sunny, and the giant second-story bay windows gaze out on a lush cherry-blossom tree.
The flat is a colorful, ten-minute walk (4/10 mile) to the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan Metro, just north of Dupont Circle. All the sightseeing attractions, museums, monuments, and business destinations are in easy reach.
For 1-2 guests (1 bed) $85 cleaning fee applies.
For 2-3 guests (2 beds) $100 cleaning fee applies.
$250 booking/security deposit will secure your reservation; the deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there\\'s no loss or damage or smoking.
Washington, DC imposes at 14.5% lodging tax that all hotels and vacation rentals are required to collect.
Please note that in order to keep our rates as low as possible, we do not build in credit card fees. Payments by credit card will include an additional 3%, which will go directly to the credit card company.
Off street parking is available with in walking distance for $15 - $24 per day.
Cancellation policy: 30 days: 100% refund, minus the $250 booking/security deposit.
14 days: 50% refund, minus the $250.
