Description

Just a 5-minute drive from Jan Thiel Beach and close to Spaanse Water is our new air-conditioned apartment.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, has its own entrance and covered terrace and can accommodate 1-3 people.
 
The space
The non-smoking apartment, over an empty plot, overlooks the Spanish Water.
 
The bedroom has a double box spring (160x200), a single sofa bed (80x200) and a television with Dutch channels (iptv) and Netflix. The bathroom has a shower with hot water and sink, and there is a separate toilet.
The kitchenette has a 1-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and Illy coffee machine.
NB The kitchenette is not suitable to make an extensive meal due to the lack of an extractor hood, but e.g. preparing an egg for breakfast is possible.
 
Guests may use the shared, small (bubble)swimming pool (2x3 mtrs), the sun beds, picnic table and putting green, which is located right in front of the apartment.
 
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
 
Other things to note
Consumption of water & electricity is included. However, we do assume that guests are wise with this consumption. That means no showers of half an hour and if you leave the apartment or open the door/shutters, the air conditioning will be turned off.
 
It's not allowed to use the property and its facilities by people who are not formal guests.
