Villa Manilla is located in the exclusive gated community resort Cas Abao. This awesome villa has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi to cool off, a large living, kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Perfect to make your vacation unforgettable..
 
The big Cas abao beach is just a few minutes away. There is also a beach of the resort. This beach is perfect for a quick swim or a to go snorkeling.
 
The space
All the most beautiful beaches are on this side of the island. You can go to a other beautiful beach every day!!
 
If you don't like to leave the house than you can stay in hear the birds singing and relax in the pool or in the jacuzzi and look at the sea.
 
The large kitchen has a island were you can prepare your delicious meals. It has everything you need like american fridge with ice maker and instant cold water. A oven, wine cooler, coffee maker and water heater. You can also let a chef come and cook for you.
 
In the living is a comfortable big sofa to relax and watch television. The television is a smart tv.
 
Behind the kitchen is the scullery there you will find the washing machine. Hopefully you will not be needing that on vacation ;-)
 
This villa has 3 bedrooms with kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms with open ceiling. You will shower in the open air. How great is that? In case you don't like to shower in the open air there is also one shower close to the living with a ceiling.
 
The price includes wifi, gas, 2 m3 water a week, 20 kwh electricity a night based for 4 guest. If you go over that amount you will have to pay the difference as an additional fee. This will be the price we pay to our electricity company.

Great place to stay


Great place to stay. Absolutely remote and beautiful location. All amenities as described and pictured. Anneke as a local manager was very professional. Her recommendation and guidance were priceless. Cons: area is under development so be ready for some construction work going on around 8AM-4PM. Get ready to pay couple of dollars at check out for utilities, limits are not wide. My bill at the end was around $50 for a week of 4 people stay with AC at night only and our usual water usage. Some previous reviews mentioned bug problems. Never happened to me. Place is really well maintained. Stores and restaurants are within 20-30 min drive. So in closing the house is great and definitely a great place to return to.

Great Host!


The booked villa, has an extraordinary architecture. Unfortunately the condition is not appropriate After constructive criticism, we were immediately offered an upgrade. The response from the agency responsible for the villa was very quick. The new villa had an indescribable view. Everything was super equipped. Except for the first night in the booked villa, the stay after moving to the new villa was excellent. Be careful when using the air conditioning, and water consumption, there may be significant additional costs. All in all we had a very nice time on Curacao and on the property. Beautiful Home


Beautiful home just as described. Some things to consider: 20 minute drive to restaurants and grocery, some construction as others have mentioned, and we did pay $100 for electric with 4 people over 9 days and only using limited air conditioning at night. Also limited cell service close to the home so plan ahead. We expected everything so no complaints. Nihaira and Anneke were fantastic and very responsive! Would love to come back!

Perfect Location


We enjoyed here for more than 2 weeks. The house is simply fantastic and the host is super friendly and helpful. You absolutely need a car to view the island from here, but that has happened as it is, if 20km drive to the center of Willemstad does not stop you then this is a perfect location. For the most beautiful bays, you are ideally located on this side of the island.
