Located in the downtown of the Historical Town of Amherst,  just 5 km away from the "Welcome to Nova Scotia" sign and the visitor information centre, 6 miles from Fort Beausejour. It is a central location for the three provinces of Atlantic Canada. At the border of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and just 50mts to Prince Edward iIslands and Maine of the  USA.  Healing Touch Holistic "Living Space" provides accommodations with spa facilities and wellness packages.
 
Central air-conditioned unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a sitting area, a microwave, kettle, and a fridge. A flat-screen TV with streaming services and DVD player are available in some units. All the rooms come with a refrigerator. All the guests enjoy Free high speed 24/7 Wi-Fi facility, Guests’ Computer and free parking units. With all these facilities it is known as the most economical and the most affordable guest house in the DownTown of Amherst exactly in front of the Town Hall. This is the only accommodation that can provide you with public free parking with an electric car charging facility. The Railway Station is just 150m away, and the Express Bus station is just within 25 metres walking distance. All the Banks of the Town of Amherst (with the ATM machines) are within 150 m of the guest house (TD bank, RBC bank, CIBC, and Credit Union). Several Restaurants are within 100m and  some of them keep open till the mid-night. The guest house provides its own Laundry facility but the  laundromat is just  100m away.
 
We offer three different styles of Holistic Healing Modalities for discounted rates for our guests in our own Holistic Medical Clinic. Meditation sessions and different kinds of holistic massages can be arranged. 
 
The guest house has an adjoining  sun terrace .
 
Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at Healing Touch Holistic “Living Space” on request, while skiing can be enjoyed nearby town. 
 
The nearest airport is Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport, 32 miles from the accommodation.

Deluxe Double Room-
The double room comes with a shared bathroom boasting a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and a tea and coffee maker. The central air-conditioned double room features a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a private entrance, a mini-bar as well as city views. The unit has 1 queen size bed and a heated blanket in the winter. This room is sold for 95$ per night for two guests
 
Double or Twin Room-
Guests can make meals in the shared kitchen that is equipped with a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and a tea and coffee maker. This air-conditioned twin/double room includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a shared bathroom as well as a terrace with an inner courtyard view. The unit offers 1 queen size bed. This is a basic room and goes as economical as CAD 85 per night for two guests
 
Deluxe Family Room-
The family room provides a seating area with a sofa bed as well as a shared bathroom featuring a shower and shared dining area. Meals can be prepared in the well-fitted kitchen, which is fitted with a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and a tea and coffee maker. Central air-conditioned family room offers a flat-screen TV with streaming services, shared washing machine, a private entrance, a mini-bar as well as city views. The unit offers 2 queen size beds including the queen size sofa bed. It comes with an extra heated blanket. This room charge depends on the number of guests. The base charge is CAD $105 for 2 guests and extra CAD $10 for each extra guest. per night
 
Economy Twin Room-
Meals can be prepared in the kitchen, which comes with a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and a tea and coffee maker. The twin room provides air conditioning, a a refrigerator, a terrace with an inner courtyard view as well as a shared bathroom featuring a shower and the guest would enjoy all the shared facilities. The unit offers 1 double bed. This economy room can be reserved for up to one month. The minimum reservation should be 3 days. It costs CAD $ 70 per night.

Terms & Conditions

This guest house is a "Non Smoking" property. Since it has its own Holistic Medical Centre, it does not accomadate pets. (due to health care regulations).

The guests must inform aproximate Chek-in time at the time they reserve the rooms.

We have published our check-in window. Check-in time as 3.00pm. and Check-out time as 8.00pm. An extra 30 mts will be granted if the guest reports late arival and after 8.30pm a late fee will be applicable. (The late fee is calculated according to the number of extra hours the staff member would be paid for the extra stay on behalf of the guest and 50% of it will be charged from the guest and the Company pays the other 50% to the staff member).

We follow the guide lines of the City of Amherst and according to the scilence policy, the Guests are expected to maintain the scilence from 8.30 pm to 6.30am. The main entrance leads to the rooms will be locked at 11.00pm for the security of all the guests. However if any guest wants enter the property in the late night they are allowed if informed at the chek-in time.

Good value for one night stay.


Location is great, so as staff. The owner of the property stayed late to meet us as we arrived hours. The common area in the kitchen and living room was clean and with everything you may need.
